Meet Trie — Your Barefoot Soul Guide, Creative Rebel & Professional Hugger
Hi, I’m Trie — your barefoot soul guide, creative rebel, and professional hugger. My wild, wonderful journey started with just one thing: a hug.
Back in the day, I was known (still am) as HugaTrie—the girl who gave hugs like medicine. No joke, people lined up for them. They’d walk away lighter, seen, and held. That’s when I realized—healing doesn’t always need words. Sometimes it just needs presence… and maybe arms that don’t let go too fast. But I had feelings. And thoughts. And lots of them. So I started dumping them.
What began as me talking to myself (and the Universe) over a cup of tea turned into a podcast full of soul rambles, healing confessions, and sparkly lessons. It became my way to process the chaos, laugh through the mess, and invite others to do the same. And then something magical happened…
All of me wanted to come together. The art, the coaching, the hugs, the podcast, the healing—all of it. I didn’t want to split myself into labels anymore. I wanted a world—a vibe—a home.
Welcome to Trietopia
A place where healing meets humor, art meets emotion, and soul work feels like a playful, creative adventure instead of a chore. Here, we don’t chase perfection. We celebrate the beautiful, messy, becoming version of ourselves.
Through my intuitive art workshops, one-on-one coaching, and the Morning Mind Dump podcast, I help people clear mental clutter, reconnect to their creative spark, and remember who they are underneath all the noise.
And Then There’s Auntie Trie
Along this journey, I also became a pet sitter on Rover.Com—which turned out to be another form of healing work. I get to travel, meet new friends (mostly furry ones), and receive unconditional love from the sweetest souls. Every house becomes a new adventure, every animal a new teacher in presence and joy.
When clients allow, I even host mini stress-relief or art therapy sessions for them—because peace belongs to everyone, even the humans behind the pets. It’s the perfect balance of purpose and play—hugging humans, doodling emotions, cuddling dogs, and building connection wherever I go.
So kick off your shoes, grab your favorite mug, and step into Trietopia— where art heals, hugs matter, and every story (even the messy ones) finds its meaning.
