Last Updated: March 20, 2026
1. Privacy & Data Protection
At Trietopia, we value the trust you place in us. This policy explains how we handle your data across our website, shop, and coaching services.
- Collection: We collect your name, email, and shipping address when you purchase art, subscribe to the Morning Mind Dump newsletter, or book coaching sessions.
- Payment Security: Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (Stripe/PayPal). Trietopia does not store your full financial details.
- Service Partners: We share necessary data with trusted partners, such as Printful, solely to fulfill and ship your orders.
- Affiliate Disclosure: Trietopia participates in affiliate marketing programs. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools that align with our mission of creativity and mindfulness.
2. Terms of Service: Coaching & Workshops
By engaging in our art life coaching, “Morning Mind Dump” sessions, or nature-integrated workshops, you agree to the following:
- Nature of Service: Coaching is a tool for personal growth and emotional processing. It is not a substitute for professional mental health therapy or medical advice.
- Cancellations: For 1-on-1 sessions or workshops, please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to be eligible for rescheduling. Sorry no refunds.
Nature-Integrated Workshop Waiver
For participants in “Tides of Transformation” or any forest/ocean therapy sessions:
- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that outdoor workshops involve natural elements (uneven terrain, weather, water, etc.). You voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity in these environments.
- Liability Release: You agree to release Trie Michaud and Trietopia from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring during or as a result of participation in outdoor activities.
- Health Representation: You confirm that you are physically capable of participating in the chosen environment (e.g., walking on sand or forest trails) and will notify the coach of any specific physical limitations prior to the start of the session.
3. Returns & Shipping Policy
Because Trietopia items are custom-printed for you through Printful, we follow these specific guidelines:
- Damaged/Defective Items: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. If the error is on our part, we cover the replacement cost.
- Lost Packages: Claims for items lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Address & Unclaimed Orders: If an insufficient address is provided or a package goes unclaimed, the customer is liable for reshipment costs. After 30 days, unclaimed returns are donated to charity.
- Returns/Exchanges: Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
- Hygiene Items: Sealed goods, such as face masks, are non-returnable once unsealed.
4. Accessibility Statement
Trietopia is committed to digital inclusion. We believe art and healing should be accessible to everyone.
- Our Goal: We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA standards.
- Features: We prioritize descriptive alt-text for artwork, keyboard-friendly navigation, and high-contrast readability.
- Feedback: If you encounter any barriers on Trietopia.com, please contact us at [Insert Email]. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
